Whether it’s a small tear, a broken zip, or a full re-stitch, we carry out repairs on most sail and canvas products, including covers, sprayhoods, dodgers and upholstery. We also offer preventative maintenance — reproofing, protection from the corrosive effects of salt exposure, rust-stain removal and UV strip replacement — plus seasonal servicing, laundering and winter storage to help extend the life of your gear.

We also repair and service large canvas tents, including bell tents, tipis and Eurotents. Typical jobs include panel and seam repairs, patching wear points, replacing zips and sliders (doors/groundsheet), renewing guy points and webbing, fixing pole sleeves, and fitting new mesh/window panels. We can also reproof, treat rust stains, replace UV-exposed edging/strips and carry out deep cleans to help extend service life.

Can you repair sails and covers from other makers?
Yes — we’re happy to work on sails and canvas made elsewhere, as long as the material is still in good condition and worth repairing.
Do you offer a sail washing service?
Yes — we offer professional laundering for sails, covers, awnings, bell tents and tipis. This helps prevent mildew and staining, and is a great way to prepare gear for winter storage.
Can I drop items off without an appointment?
Absolutely. Just bring them in during our opening hours. For larger sails or if you're unsure, feel free to call ahead.
How long will my repair or service take?
Turnaround times vary depending on the season and the type of work, but we’ll always give you a clear estimate when you drop your item off or request a quote.
How much does washing cost?
All items are charged according to their weight (per KG). However, prices do vary depending on the item. E.g items that require handwashing (covers with windows) are charged at a higher rate.
Can I get my items washed but not serviced/overhauled?
Yes, we do offer a ‘Wash only’ option, but please note, there is a handling charge for this.
Do you offer storage?
Absolutely! If you have your items washed and/or serviced, we will store them free of charge until the following September
